Our Process

From consultation to AWS approval

We designed this workflow so you always know which stage your request is at, and you never have to hand over your AWS account credentials to anyone.

1. Free Consultation

Reach out via WhatsApp, Telegram, or the contact form. Tell us which AWS service you need — SES Production Access, port 25 unblock, or a service quota increase — along with a short use-case. We'll explain what documentation is needed and the estimated turnaround.

2. Information Gathering

You fill in the details: domain, AWS region, volume estimate, or instance ID (depending on the service). We never ask for your AWS password or access keys — every submission is done from your own account.

3. Drafting the Justification Documents

Our team prepares a use-case draft, volume estimate, and a mitigation plan (bounce/complaint handling, reverse DNS, etc.) in a format AWS Support reviewers typically accept. This draft is sent for you to review before submission.

4. Official Submission to AWS Support

You — or your technical team — submit the case to AWS Support using the draft we prepared, directly from your own AWS console.

5. Follow-Through & Revisions

AWS Support sometimes asks for extra clarification. We help draft follow-up responses until the case is closed with an approved status.

6. Confirmation & Next Steps

Once approved, we provide recommendations for what's next — such as maintaining your SES sending reputation or monitoring your EC2 quota usage — so the access you gained stays intact.

Transparency

Our working principles

No account credentials

We never ask for your root password, access key, or AWS secret key. Every request is submitted from your own account.

Within AWS policy

We only help draft and submit official requests through AWS Support channels — never workarounds outside AWS policy.

Clear communication

Every case status update is shared via WhatsApp or Telegram, without confusing technical jargon.
