Get out of SES Sandbox, email anyone

Every new Amazon SES account starts in sandbox: you can only send to verified addresses, with a strict daily quota. We prepare and submit a Production Access request so your account can email any recipient.

SESv2 Production Access Dedicated / Shared IP Bounce & Complaint Plan

Why do sandbox requests get rejected?

AWS Trust & Safety rejects most self-submitted requests because the use-case isn't specific enough, there's no bounce/complaint handling plan, or the sending volume isn't realistic for the infrastructure. We rewrite your request with a structure AWS reviewers typically accept:

  • A clear description of email type: transactional, marketing, or system notifications.
  • A realistic daily/monthly volume estimate that ramps up gradually.
  • Opt-in/unsubscribe mechanics and automated bounce/complaint handling.
  • Sender domain verification with SPF/DKIM/DMARC properly configured.

What you'll need to provide

AWS console access (no credentials needed, just you clicking submit)
The sender domain you want verified

The AWS region you're using

Bounce handling: SNS topic + suppression list
Domain verified: DKIM ✓ SPF ✓ DMARC ✓

Estimated turnaround

AWS Support typically replies within 24-48 business hours after we submit a complete request. We stay with you until there's an official reply — including revisions if AWS asks for extra clarification.
