Case Patterns

Examples of the kind of requests we've helped with

Company names below are anonymized to protect client confidentiality. The technical details reflect real patterns from cases we've handled since 2019.

SES Sandbox Move

Fashion e-commerce platform, Bandung

Relied on transactional email (order confirmations & shipping notices) but was still stuck in SES sandbox, unable to email new customers. After we restructured the use-case with a phased volume estimate and a suppression-list plan, AWS approved the request on the first submission.

Open Port 25

Small hosting provider, East Kalimantan

Wanted to run an internal mail server for its shared hosting clients, but a prior self-submitted request was rejected for lacking clear PTR record configuration. We helped rebuild the reverse DNS documentation and usage justification; the request was approved on the second submission.

EC2 Limit Increase

Online education startup, Jakarta

Ahead of a new feature launch, their on-demand vCPU capacity wasn't enough for the projected traffic spike. We drafted a phased quota increase request (2x) complete with usage projections; it was approved with no additional revisions.

Combined Services

Regional logistics company, Surabaya

Needed SES Production Access for delivery notifications along with an open port 25 for their internal systems. We processed both requests in parallel with cross-referenced documentation; both were approved within a close timeframe.
